At HANUMACE OFFICIAL, we strive to deliver premium quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Return Window:
Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests made after 48 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • The product should not be damaged, washed, or altered

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Items without original tags or packaging

Refund Policy:

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • HANUMACE OFFICIAL reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
